My name is Nella Quintieri. My family and I have been part of the Cypress Bend Association/Community since the early 90’s. I am a recently retired high school teacher after a 32 year career.
My husband has had his own financial advising and mortgage business for the last 25 years. Now that I am retired, I have been able to assist my husband with his business.
Between my teaching career and assisting my husband, I have been exposed to planning, understanding budgets, managing finances, dealing with disputes, discussing and carrying out ideas, as well as listening and respecting the rights of others.
I have also managed my own home renovations and acted as the sole general contractor during the scope of the work.
I believe my background and experience would make me an excellent candidate as a Cypress Bend board member. I know what this job entails and believe I have the necessary skills, experience and enthusiasm to do it well.
