We are over 200 owners at Cypress Bend Condo I, urging you to vote on the recall of the current Board.
Why do we vote?
1. Exorbitant Assessment – 15 million for Safety Certification Requirements - unjustified!
2. False Information used to create pressure on owners to accept Assessment. Community has only $200 in outstanding fines! See email screenshot below.
