I am looking forward to working harmoniously with other Board members and volunteers as well as the management team in an effort to continuously make Cypress Bend HOA a great place to live.
For those of you who do not know me, I have lived at CB since 2019; however, I have been familiar with CB since my parents became residents in 1987,though my father has since passed and my 96 year old mother now resides in Georgia. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. My husband and I have been married for 38 years and have 2 beautiful children with our first grandchild on the way in May 2024.
I am employed as a paralegal for the past 40 years and my husband has been employed in the construction / real estate development industry also for the past 40 years. I therefore believe that our combined experience will bring a lot to the table.
Cypress Bend HOA Board members must know how to plan and understand the budget, manage the association’s finances, deal with disputes, discuss and carry out ideas, and listen to the membership. I promise to always make myself available to listen and work for the best interests of the community.
